Dr. Daniel Simonet, Associate Professor, received a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa. His research interests include dysfunctional leadership, negotiation, emotional intelligence, team dynamics, and advanced psychometrics. He teaches courses including Personnel Selection and Organizational Psychology. He is also the director of the Leadership, Emotion, and Personality (LEAP) lab.
