Dr. Nicole Koppel is the MBA Director and a professor in the Department of Information Management & Business Analytics. In her role as MBA Director, Dr. Koppel oversees all MBA programs including the Weeknight, Saturday hybrid, Executive, and Online MBA programs. In addition, Dr. Koppel teaches courses in operations management, statistics, and management information systems. She uses various pedagogical techniques and delivery methods -- teaching traditional, hybrid, and online courses.

Her research focus is in the broad area of Assessment in Technology and Quantitative Studies. In addition, she has published in the area of Operations Management. Her research can be found in many peer-reviewed journals and her research has been presented at numerous regional, national, and international conferences.

Dr. Koppel received a PhD degree in Operations Management and an MBA from Rutgers University, an MS degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Columbia University, and a BS in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
