Narrative This project aims at understanding the development and function of inflammatory innate lymphoid cells in severe refractory asthma. Our work will shed light on the mechanisms that control effector lymphocyte stability and plasticity, and may also inform strategies to combat severe refractory asthma and other immune and inflammatory disorders.
