Description

This EIPM-CS Coordination proposal includes an IPM coordination project and projects in two emphasis areas: IPM Implementation on Specialty Crops and IPM Training and Implementation in Housing. The coordination project's goals are to increase IPM awareness and adoption in NJ, to conduct annual advisory meetings with stakeholders, represent NJ on state and regional committees, respond to IPM-related inquires, and coordinate and report on state/institutional activities. The goals of the IPM Implementation on Specialty Crops emphasis area projects are to deliver an IPM program to commercial blueberry and peach and apple growers. The goals of the IPM Training and Implementation in Housing emphasis area are to educate the general public about bed bugs through the development and distribution of educational videos and websites.
