A model of cardiovascular function for regulation of anaesthesia

Abstract

An attempt has been made to construct a mathematical model of the cardiovascular system which will allow one to simulate the effects of changes in one or more hemodynamic parameters on myocardial oxygen supply and demand. The model used is a combination of several models which have been reported in the literature, along with the authors' own modifications.
