Abstract
This paper describes the Meteorological and Environmental Monitor (MEM). The MEM is a complete station combining meteorological and environmental measurements capable of unattended operation at remote sites without ready access to power and data communication. The MEM is a multifunctional device intended primarily for educational purposes, but could also serve recreational and research purposes as well.
