Abstract

This paper investigates the steady-state behaviour of two and three channel conveyors. There are N types of arrivals, each type is governed by an independent Poisson distribution. Two types of queue disciplines were considered, ordered entry (OE), and service in random order (SIRO). The system's measures of performance were developed.
