Solvent-casting of photo-refractive chalcogenide glasses and their application in quantum cascade laser tuning

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceeding › Conference contribution

Abstract

We deposited photo-modifiable chalcogenide films through a low-temperature, solventcasting technique. Their thermal and optical properties were characterized and these glasses were applied to Quantum Cascade lasers to realize all-optical room temperature tuning.
